National Council on Aging’s “new tip sheet on engaging people with disabilities in Evidence-Based Programs”

According to the National Council on Aging, “A new Chronic Disease Self-Management Education (CDSME) Resource Center tip sheet provides helpful information and guidance about disability literacy, etiquette, accessibility, accommodations, and inclusion.
