In July and August of 2020, the Link Service Area 13 (Berks-Lancaster-Lebanon Counties) hosted two webinars that intended to provide an escape from the stresses, resultant isolation and uncertainty of COVID-19 by inviting several Link partners introduce the webinar attendees to their animals and to talk a bit about the therapeutic benefits of animals.

joy of animals 2Tracie and her black vulture rescue were part of the second webinar and the participants who attended the webinar were so delighted with Tracie’s black vulture, Barron Von Vulture. He was a consummate gentleman as he sat next to her on the Adirondack chair while she tickled under his neck and talked about him and several of the other animals she and Raven’s Ridge Wildlife Center have rescued and rehabilitated.
