It’s back-to-school time and we have many programs for you and your team to choose from, with something for everyone! Check out the upcoming professional development training, academies, and courses that we are offering this Fall!*NEW* Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Academy

We’re excited to bring you the Fall 2022 DE&I Academy in partnership with DAIS, Diversity + Inclusion Strategies! This is a new course offering from the Lancaster Chamber that will include four, 3-hour work sessions. Work sessions will include presentations on key Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concepts, opportunities for self-discovery, and small discussion groups. Each session will end in the development of individual plans for next steps within their organization as well as homework to apply new learning to the organization.
New Manager Academy
We’re excited to bring you the Fall 2022 New Manager Academy, and the first in-person New Manager Academy since March of 2020! As companies and workers continue to adjust to our new normal – whether it’s in a totally virtual, partially virtual, or in-person work environment – good leaders are even more important. New Manager Academy attendees will have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their jobs and careers. Companies will benefit from more effective and engaged teams with the skills to effectively move into the future. The results will be greater job satisfaction, improved performance, increased sales, and a better bottom line. It’s a win-win formula for success!
*NEW* Emerging Leadership Development Training

We’re launching a brand-new leadership training opportunity in partnership with Laura Schanz Consulting Associates.
We recognize the value in investing in the next generation of Lancaster’s leadership and are thrilled to offer this professional development series to employees launching their careers. There’s no better time than now to develop the early to mid-career professionals in your organization! The Emerging Leadership Development Training will prepare the next generation to be collaborative leaders and effective business professionals shaping the future of our community.
Sales Growth Academy

It’s a 6-week academy all about equipping you with better tools to manage yourself, your resources, and your relationships in order to meet your business development and revenue goals. Using the Sandler methodology, this course prepares salespeople to competently and effectively navigate the sales arena in the most effective and efficient manner, using tested, proven, and up-to-date strategies and skills. In a supportive yet mentally-challenging environment, this program transforms salespeople’s attitudes (and corresponding beliefs, judgments, and actions) to more fully support the outcomes needed to achieve corporate, department, and personal goals. These new attitudes and skills are then turned into defined and measurable actions that bring about successful and sustainable results.

Selling Series
Just when we think we have things figured out, a curve ball gets thrown our way. The good news is that some of the same tactics and strategies that may have been used in the past can help us in the future.
The Selling Series explores the key steps in establishing a prospecting process and creating a system to identify opportunities regardless of the environment.  LEARN MORE
