The Partners Network includes “Community Agencies that provide services and supports that impact individuals over the age of 60 and adults with disabilities.” The Partners Network includes agencies and organizations that work with housing issues, transportation, employment, county government, and agencies and organizations that serve people with disabilities that overlap with the target populations.
