The mission of the PA Link / ADRC Network is to improve access to information and linkages to long-term living supports and services for adults 60 plus and for persons under 60 with a self-stated disability.

Becoming a partner and sharing your information with the partner network in your area is a great way to collaborate on ideas, participate in events and trainings, and understand more about other agencies serving the target population.
