My wife and I are both disabled and receiving Social Security Disability. I’m 66 years old and she’s 65 years old. We need a new bathroom floor. We reside in a manufactured home that sits on rented lot. We own the home and been here nearly 20 years. No bank will loans us money for a home modification to the master bathroom floor. We have an estimate of $4,500 for a now floor. Can you please help us. I’m afraid one of us are going to get hurt badly. Thank you.
