Lancaster County Partners Network in the Pennsylvania Link to Aging and Disability Resources | Berks-Lancaster-Lebanon Service Area includes community entities, organizations and agencies that provide an information sharing network for individuals over the age of 60; persons with disabilities; veterans; family members and care givers.
Partners are “Community Agencies that provide services and supports that impact individuals over the age of 60 and adults with disabilities.” the Partners Network includes agencies and organizations that work with housing issues, transportation, employment, county government, and agencies and organizations that serve people with disabilities that overlap with the target populations.
The organizations listed below (click on the organization’s name to go directly to the organization’s Website) represent a caring, knowledgeable network of collaborating partners which will provide supportive services to inquiring families and consumers in Lancaster County. Information and assistance services will be provided for both private pay and publicly funded individuals.
There is no charge for information or for assistance provided by the Lancaster County Partners Network. Some service provider agencies may assign charges.
