An Innovative Way to Share Your Employment Opportunities with Students K-12!
Lancaster County Stem Alliance is launching the program, Teachers as Temporary Workers, in the Summer 2022. In addition, the Lancaster County STEM Alliance will work with teachers to amplify their workplace learning by offering them a stipend to integrate what they learned from your company into their regular classroom instruction. What better way to connect with your future workforce and spread the word about the great work you’re doing in Lancaster County?
