This year, the PHCA Education Committee has identified several areas of interest including, but not limited to:employee retention programsmoving past the COVID-19 pandemictackling workforce challengesplanning for the future of long-term carepreparing for the Baby Boomer generationorganizational leadershipcensus rebuilding and recoverydiversity and inclusionquality initiativesThis is a terrific opportunity as we come back together following two years of completely virtual educational offerings to share your proven strategies and expertise with conference attendees from across Pennsylvania who are working to meet the growing challenges and demands of our growing senior population living and thriving in nursing homes, assisted living residence and personal care homes. | All proposals must be submitted online before Wednesday, April 27 to be considered.Selected speakers will be notified mid to late May 2022.PHCA reserves the right to request modifications to a session title and description before final selections are made.All session handouts must be provided to PHCA no later than Friday, August 19.And don’t forget: we’re taking our annual convention and trade show to new heights and an all-new location – Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in the Pocono Mountains – and we can’t wait to see you in-person for two full days of education, networking and fun! |
