United Way of Lancaster County – Event

  WHAT BARRIERS EXIST WHEN SEEKING WELLNESS IN LANCASTER?   United Way of Lancaster County invites you to reconsider your definition of “wellness” by learning about some of the wellness programs and resources offered to our community, as well as the inequities that necessitate them during “Conversations About OUR Community: Expanding the Scope of Wellness” on Tuesday, August 30
from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.    

The virtual event is free and open to the public, starting with a presentation from Jackie Concepcion, VP of Health Center Operations, Union Community Care, on Lancaster’s current health and wellness statistics.    

Participating panelists include the following, with more expected in the coming days:  
  Dr. Cherise Hamblin, MD Founder, Patients R Waiting; OBGYN, Lancaster General Health
  Dr. Latinia Shell, MED Licensed Professional Counselor and Owner, Diversity Works, LLC
  Rev. Mandy Mastros, LSW Pastor, Moravian Center of Lancaster
