Red Rose Council of the Blind, a chapter of the Pennsylvania Council of the Blind, will meet on Monday, August 10th from 4 to 6 PM at VisionCorps, 244 N. Queen St. in Lancaster. The group’s goal is to encourage and assist people who are blind or vision impaired in seeking independence through employment, the learning of blindness skills, personal and social adjustment, and making significant contributions to society at large.
