Over the past several months, the Dering Consulting Group has been facilitating stakeholder group discussion and information sharing sessions across the Commonwealth. The sessions were held to get shareholder impressions and suggestions concerning No Wrong Door (NWD) planning. The “No Wrong Door (NWD)” system intends to make it easier for individuals to access long-term services and support (LTSS) options.
Many partners in the Berks-Lancaster-Lebanon Service Area partners’ networks attended one or more of these sessions. The Dering Group has added a Website page on which you can view/download copies of the presentations and feedback from each of the 28 sessions.
