As part of our work which is initially focused on caregiver support, we are seeking feedback from various agencies and stakeholder groups regarding the two areas:
- “What are the resources for Alzheimer’s Disease and related Dementia caregivers that you would recommend or are currently utilizing to your residents/clients?”; and
- “Please suggest the avenues of communication that you feel would best raise awareness of these resources and issues.”
We hope to be able to compile a list of best practices and resources and also to identify the best methods and locations for getting this information out to patients, caregivers, interested community members, and health professionals. We appreciate any information that you can provide us.
