The agencies, entities and organizations make up the Lancaster County partner network of resource providers of the Pennsylvania Link to Aging and Disability Resources. Each of the partner agencies/entities/organizations provides information and resources for persons aged 60 and over; persons with a disability; veterans; family members and caregivers.
