“The families gathering in Lancaster to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day had an extra spring in their step Saturday.
“That’s because they had the whole Sky Zone indoor trampoline park to themselves for an hour, to bounce high into the air, shoot baskets, play dodge ball and jump around in a pit filled with orange and blue foam cubes.

“‘I’m so excited,’ said Kayshale Santiago, 18, Hempfield High School’s reigning homecoming queen, who has Down syndrome. ‘These parties are good. They’re awesome.’”
